Join us for a free after-school workshop hosted by the Regis St. Michael’s Faculty of Theology and the Durham Catholic District School Board at the board’s Pope Francis Centre in Oshawa or online. This hybrid event allows educators and others concerned adults to hold important conversations about youth climate anxiety, science, theology and Catholic social teaching. We will explore these themes together through group discussions, Q&A and presentations by our speakers from the University of St. Michael's College, Dr. Adam Hincks SJ, professor of Science, Christianity and Culture, Dr. Jean-Pierre Fortin, professor of Practical Theology and Mary Anne Francalanza fcJ, eco-theology student and Catholic school educator.
